Planning your Cornwall Halloween? Find out what’s haunting Scorrier
A centuries-old estate set in ancient woodland in the heart of Cornwall. It might seem innocent enough, until Halloween.
During this Cornwall Halloween half-term week we have an exciting array of events for anyone willing to brave the dark dark woods of the Scorrier Estate.
Cornwall Halloween Drive In Cinema Series
Surrounded by old walls, creaking trees and (probably) haunted houses, Scorrier’s Drive In cinema is already spooky enough. But add some Halloween classics on the big screen and…
As dark falls on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October we will screen two films daily, one for families screening, and another more spooky:
Hocus Pocus
Gates open at 3.30 Wednesday 28th October for this family thriller. Get your tickets here.
Halloween (1978)
Gates open at 7.15 Wednesday 28th October for this all-time Halloween classic. Tickets on sale here.
The Addams Family
Gates open at 3.30 Thursday 29th October for this family must-see. Tickets on sale here.
Get Out
Gates open at 7.15 Thursday 29th October for this, arguably the scariest of all our Halloween showings. Tickets on sale here.
The best of Cornwall’s hot food and drinks will be served throughout the night. We also have a bar, popcorn and donuts. And, of course, fancy dress is encouraged.
Tickets must be bought in advance for track and trace purposes, and they are already selling fast!
Cornwall Halloween ‘twilight’ fun runs
Not content with just watching scary films, sign up to one of Purple Gecko’s 2.5K, 5K or 10K runs through the Scorrier Estate.
As darkness falls on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October, set off into the heart of Scorrier Estate. A course will be set through ancient woodlands, past abandoned buildings and down old tracks.
Every runner gets a Twilight Run Halloween medal with the Scorrier House Halloween ribbon!
