Continuing the spring sessions of Survive and Revive workshops held in Scorrier Estate woods, pyrotechnology is all about fire.

This day explores fire in all its glory – how to prepare, create and use it as our ancestors would have. We’ll look at the history and importance of fire, methods of spark creation, tinder’s both man-made and natural before building applying what we’ve learned to make some tasty treats and cool crafts.

The aim of these sessions are to support the connection between participants and the natural environment which is of huge benefit to mental health and wellbeing.

This group is for adults only and inclusive of all experience and abilities.
